Case Reports

Each quarterly issue features reports on recent cases, authored by recognised authorities in the field.

These provide the reader with a clear, concise summary of the relevant background and skeleton outline of the case, the arguments presented on both sides, and the points of law on which the cases turned. In instances where a judgement establishes new case law, the authors also summarise the law as it stood before and after the case. Each presentation is supported by key citations, relevant legal references, and brief commentary on related cases. This commentary, with references, is available to subscribers, to search online, and will build to form a valuable on-going reference library, regularly updated to ensure the in-formation is current and relevant. Individual case reports are organised under the following headings:-
