Case Reports
Each quarterly issue features reports on recent cases, authored by recognised authorities in the field.
These provide the reader with a clear, concise summary of the relevant background and skeleton outline of the case, the arguments presented on both sides, and the points of law on which the cases turned. In instances where a judgement establishes new case law, the authors also summarise the law as it stood before and after the case. Each presentation is supported by key citations, relevant legal references, and brief commentary on related cases. This commentary, with references, is available to subscribers, to search online, and will build to form a valuable on-going reference library, regularly updated to ensure the in-formation is current and relevant. Editorials
Each quarterly volume features editorials authored by key opinion leaders from the top-ranked law firms and the bar, as well as the business community. These provide expert analysis of recent trends and developments, report on new judgements and forthcoming legislation, etc., and offer informed perspectives on their implications for the future both for the legal profession and beyond.
2. Schedule
Each annual volume will be published as a series of quarterly updates scheduled as follows:-
- Q1: Publication 1st February
- Q2: Publication 1st May
- Q3: Publication 1st August
- Q4: Publication 1st November
About the Authors
Online Subscriptions
These publications are available as an online service. The annual subscription price includes three online supplements, additional material and author webcast presentations on the most recent judgments and rulings. Subscribers will automatically be sent online updates as they become available throughout the year, providing users with the very latest information on new case law. These updates will be sent directly to registered users and can be viewed on a PC or handheld device as and when new material becomes available.
