About the Author

William Hanbury is a member of the Property practice at Exchange Chambers in Manchester, where he specialises in property litigation, including both commercial and residential landlord and tenant cases, as well as insurance, goods and services disputes, and Chancery disputes including claims under the Inheritance act. He is described in the Legal 500 as being "very knowledgeable in property litigation". He also undertakes professional negligence arising out of his practice areas and judicial review, including judicial review of housing and immigration decisions. He is the author of a number of articles and case notes, and regularly lectures to the Liverpool Law Society and CLT.
