Employment judge Colin Goodier had a long and distinguished career as an employment lawyer, heading the Employment practice at Pinsent Masons LLP before becoming a Recorder in 2003. In collaboration with Jonathan Parkin, Colin authors Employment Tribunals; the Complete Guide to Procedure, the standard reference for all those involved in tribunal work, which is published in its 6th edition in 2011.
