Appointed to the bench in 2011, Master David Cook previously served as a Tribunal Judge in the Criminal Injuries and Compensation Appeal Panel, having established a successful practice specialising in personal injury at Lamb Building, chambers of Ami Feder. David is recognised for his expertise and knowledge of procedure in professional negligence and disciplinary proceedings, including tribunals.
