David Scannell

David Scannell’s practice at Brick Court chambers encompasses all of the areas for which that set is renowned, specifically commercial and competition law, appearing before the High Court and the Competition Appeal Tribunal. He has also acted in a number of EU law cases before the European and English Courts. David contributes to Burton’s Civil Appeals, on Referrals to the European Court.
