Henry Carr is widely respected as one of the leading silks in Intellectual Property and Information Technology, and has previously received the Chambers and Partners award for both IP and IT Silk of the year. In addition to his practice at 11 South Square, he sits as deputy High Court Judge for the Chancery Division and is the Deputy Chairman of the Copyright Tribunal. He contributes the chapter on Intellectual Property to Burton’s Civil Appeals.
