Iain Harris

Iain Harris has been a solicitor since 1977, with a significant part of his practice being concerned with matrimonial matters and in particular prenuptial agreements and financial relief. He has sat regularly as a deputy district judge on the South East circuit since his appointment in 1998. In partnership with Rachel Spicer Iain co-authors the best-selling title Prenuptial Agreements, of which the second edition has recently been published.
