James Flynn specialises in EU and Competition Law at Brick Court chambers and appears before courts at all levels in England and Wales, including the Competition Appeal Tribunal, the European Court of Justice and Court of First Instance in Luxembourg. He also appears before the European Commission, Competition Commission, Office of Fair Trading and other regulatory bodies.  In collaboration with Sarah Ford, also at Brick Court, James contributes to Burton’s Civil Appeals.
