JONATHAN PARKIN

Employment judge Jonathan Parkin was called to the Bar in 1978 and practised from chambers in Manchester, where he specialised in employment and discrimination law. In 2000 he became a full time employment judge in the Birmingham region and later the Manchester region.  In 2011 he was appointed Regional Employment Judge for the Bristol Region. In 2000 he was also appointed a Recorder. Together with Colin Goodier Employment Judge Jonathan Parkin authors the standard reference Employment Tribunals: the Complete Guide to Procedure. Now in its sixth edition, this work is updated annually online and is required reading for all practitioners in employment law.
