Martin Edwards  is a barrister at 39 Essex Street, where he advises and acts for a diverse range of clients including major companies, local authorities, foreign governments, developers, landowners, investors and individuals on all aspects of environmental and planning law and related areas. He contributes to Burton’s Civil Appeals on Rating and Town Planning, and is the editor of Key Authorities in Environment and Planning Law to be published later this year.
