Philip Marshall has an outstanding reputation in commercial and chancery litigation. Much of his practice at Serle Court is centred on commercial fraud and insolvency, corporate litigation and arbitration, banking and professional negligence. Philip writes on company insolvency in Sir Michael Burton’s Civil Appeals, and co-edits Practice and Procedures of the Companies Court, the second edition of which will appear in 2012.
