Richard Price practises at Littleton Chambers, where he specialises in commercial litigation, particularly entertainment and media law, intellectual property and defamation. However,  Richard is also one of the country’s few experts on election law, on which topic he contributes a chapter in Civil Appeals, (editor Sir Michael Burton) in partnership with Martyn Barklem, also at Littleton.
